In accordance with FAR Subpart 2.101 “Simplified Acquisitions” are all contract actions between the Micro Purchase Threshold and the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (currently $250,000) for any acquisitions of supplies or services to be performed inside the United States. (Exception: Limited Equipment procurement not to exceed $750,000.)
